About Borderless Skills

What is Borderless Skills?

Borderless Skills is an Ed-Tech platform designed for you to gain globally sought-after skills, work remotely, and earn income from anywhere in the world, without borders. With Borderless Skills, you can Learn, Work & Earn globally, Without Borders.

What do Borderless Skills courses include?

The foundation of our courses lies in their lectures and modules, which may include videos, slides, and texts. Each course is created, owned, and managed by the instructor(s). Additionally, instructors can enhance the learning experience by adding resources and various types of practice activities.

Where can I access Borderless Skills?

You can access Borderless Skills on both PCs, Desktops/laptops, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices.

Getting Started

How do I sign up or log in to my account?

Sign Up or Log in at the top right of your desktop or laptop browser or Click on the drop-down Menu at the top right of your mobile device. OR go to https://borderlessskills.com/student-registration/. You’ll be required to provide your Name, Username, Email Address, and Password. To make your registration process faster, skip this and simply Sign up through your Gmail account. You will find it right under the registration form. 

If you have previously signed up with Google option, click Log in at the top right of your browser or go to: https://borderlessskills.com/dashboard/. Select Continue with Google and follow the prompts to complete the sign-in process.

How do I find a course?

Visit Borderless Skills Homepage and scroll down to see courses or go to: https://borderlessskills.com/courses/

How do I enrol in a course?

To enrol in a course, simply browse our course catalogue, select the course you’re interested in, and click the “Add to cart” button. You’ll be prompted to create an account or log in if you haven’t already, and then you can complete the enrollment process.

Do you offer free courses?

Not at the moment. The value you will get from the course(s) you enrol for is worth the pay. We have expert instructors on Borderless Skills.

Can I preview a course before purchasing?

Yes. Search and select your course of choice, then hover and click on the course title and you will be redirected to where you will see the course details in full.

Do I have to start or complete my course by a specific time?

There are no deadlines to begin or complete a course. You can learn at your own pace, anywhere, anytime. 

How do I access my course materials?

You can access your course materials by logging in to your dashboard. At the left column of your dashboard, click on “Enrolled Courses”. Then, choose the course you want to access its materials. Materials could be texts, videos, PDFs, e.t.c.

How do I create a course or become a course instructor?

Go to: https://borderlessskills.com/creator/

Sign up, get approved and start uploading your courses. 

Purchase and Payment Methods

How do I pay for a course?

Go to https://borderlessskills.com/courses/ , search and select your course of choice, then hover and click on the “Add to Cart” button. You will be redirected to your payment page. If you want to know more about the course, you can click on the course title and it will bring you to the course page details before deciding whether to pay for the course or not.

What payment option or method is accepted on Borderless Skills?

Credit and Debit Cards. We accept major international credit and debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, etc. 

Bank Transfers. Bank transfers may be an option for individuals with bank or card issues. We advise you to go to your bank to resolve any issue regarding your card. Kindly contact us, only if all means prove abortive.

Lifetime Access

Will I still have access to the course after completion?

Yes. You will continue to have access to the course after you complete it, provided that your account is in good standing, and Borderless Skills continues to have a license to the course. If you wish to review specific content in the course after you finish it or start all over again, YOU CAN. Please note that Instructors can decide to update their courses and add more lectures. You can always check back to see what has changed in the course(s) and gain new/more knowledge.

What if I used a coupon code to purchase the course? Does lifetime access still apply?

Yes. Students have lifetime access to Borderless Skills courses regardless of what price they paid for it, or whether they used a coupon to enrol or not.

What happens if a course I enrolled for, is no longer on Borderless Skills?

We do not hold the copyright for course content; these rights belong to the course instructors. In rare cases, instructors may decide to remove their courses from our platform, or Borderless Skills might need to remove a course for policy or legal reasons. If this affects a course you’re enrolled in, please contact us, and we’ll be ready to assist you.

Certificates of Completion

How do I earn a certificate?

You earn your certificate by simply enrolling and finishing a Course.

Where do I find my certificate of completion?

We issue a certificate of completion to you immediately after you finish a course. You will be asked to view and download. It will also be sent to you via the email you signed up with.

Do all courses offer certificates of completion?

Yes. All courses offer certificates of completion. 

Can I customize my certificate?

As certificates are created using an approved template, there is no way to change the formatting, remove features, or add photos at this time – except for institutions we are in partnership with. 

If I retake a course I completed previously, will the completion date be updated?

No, the completion date on a certificate will reflect the date you first completed the course. The only exception is if a course instructor adds new lectures. In that case, once you complete the new lectures, the certificate of completion will automatically update with the new date.

Questions About a Course You're Taking

What is the Q&A feature and how do I access it?

In the Q&A section, you can view answers to questions posted by other learners and Featured Questions selected or created by the course instructors. If you can’t find an answer to your question, you can also post your question.

How do I follow up on my question and its responses?

You can prioritize questions and responses you wish to monitor in the Q&A. You will receive a notification when a student or instructor responds.

How do I leave a review and a Course Rating?

Rating your experience in a course is a simple way to provide instructors with feedback on improving their content and assist potential students in choosing the right course. You can leave a review after completing the course. Just log in to your dashboard and look for the review section in the left column.

I can't log in to my account

If you’re having trouble logging in, first make sure you’re using the correct email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
If you’re still having trouble, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I can't access my course materials

You can access your course materials by logging in to your dashboard. At the left column of your dashboard, click on “Enrolled Courses”. Then, choose the course you want to access its materials. Materials could be texts, videos, PDFs, e.t.c.

Troubleshooting Payment Failures

Please ensure that your payment method is supported on www.borderlessskills.com. If you are having issues with one payment method, we encourage you to try another one of our accepted payment methods. If you have tried multiple methods and are still experiencing issues, please contact your bank for assistance. Please note that Borderless Skills is not able to remove any restrictions that your card’s issuing bank has enabled.

Please ensure you have enough funds in your payment method for your course. 

Ensure to enter all required fields or complete the required steps. Please double-check that you’re entering the correct details and that your payment method is up to date.

Name on card should be entered the same as on the card. 

Security code should be entered exactly as appears on the card

Expiry date should be valid at the time of purchase.
